Most access issues resolve in under a minute. Run through these steps to refresh your session and keep data flowing.

  • Log out and back in to refresh your secure session if you see a blank screen or timeout.
  • Confirm your internet connection or switch networks when pages appear slow to load.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reopen Relify for the latest interface.
  • Enable cookies so Relify can remember your workspace and login preferences.

UI Troubleshooting

Display hiccups usually stem from outdated browser settings. Updating your view restores icons, dropdowns, and responsive layouts.

  • If dropdowns refuse to open, disable browser extensions that block pop-ups and try again.
  • Icons missing? Refresh the tab or press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R to reload fonts and style sheets.
  • On mobile, rotate to portrait view and zoom to 100% for the cleanest experience. Menus collapse neatly into the sidebar.

  • Download invoice PDFs or ZIP archives directly from Billing with a single click.
  • Access audit logs to see when users restock inventory, start stock takes, or adjust visit details.

Admins can open Settings > Users, select the teammate, and toggle access back on after verifying their identity.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Confirm notification preferences in Settings and make sure browser notifications are permitted for the Relify app.
