Common Fixes

Most access issues resolve in under a minute. Run through these steps to refresh your session and keep data flowing.

  • Log out and back in to refresh your secure session if you see a blank screen or timeout.
  • Confirm your internet connection or switch networks when pages appear slow to load.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reopen Relify for the latest interface.
  • Enable cookies so Relify can remember your workspace and login preferences.

UI Troubleshooting

Display hiccups usually stem from outdated browser settings. Updating your view restores icons, dropdowns, and responsive layouts.

  • If dropdowns refuse to open, disable browser extensions that block pop-ups and try again.
  • Icons missing? Press Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + R to force-reload fonts and style sheets.
  • On mobile, use portrait view at 100 % zoom. Menus collapse neatly into the sidebar.
