The digital queue board — included free with every plan — shows "Now Serving" in real time. Patients can also track their position directly on their phone without any app install. When it's almost their turn, the system updates live and staff can call the next patient with one click.

Number is called and the patient enters. The doctor opens the EMR visit — vitals, chief complaint, and history are already pre-filled from registration. AI suggests ICD-10 codes, clinical notes, and relevant diagnoses. Doctor records the assessment, prescribes medications, and orders any lab tests needed.

The pharmacist sees the prescription in real time the moment the doctor saves the visit. They review the medications, check stock levels, and dispense — all within the same system. The invoice cannot be generated until dispensing is confirmed, ensuring billing accuracy and preventing missed items.

Once dispensing is confirmed, the invoice is auto-generated with all consultation and medication line items. If your clinic has LHDN e-Invoice enabled in Settings, the invoice is submitted to MyTax automatically and you'll see accepted / rejected status in real time. Insurance and panel billing are handled here too — patient pays the co-pay, and the remainder is claimed.

Patient visits app.relify.com.my/patient_login — no app download needed. They enter their IC number, set a first-time password using a one-time code sent to their registered phone, then select the branch they visited. From their personal dashboard they can access their full medical record: invoices, EMR visit summaries, diagnoses with ICD codes, clinical notes, medications dispensed, and any lab test results — all in one place, forever.
