Relify HQ is the group-wide layer of Relify for clinic groups with more than one branch. It gives HQ Finance, HQ Operations and HQ Clinical teams one connected view across every branch, with comparisons, XLSX exports and an AI copilot.
Can I limit an HQ account to certain branches?
Yes. Each HQ account can cover the whole clinic group or only the branches it oversees, and it only sees the workspace that matches its role.
Does the AI copilot see data outside my access?
No. The copilot only works with the data and branches the HQ account is already allowed to see.
Can I export HQ reports to Excel?
Yes. Choose the branches, period and performance areas, then export the report to XLSX for management meetings or further analysis.
Do branches need to change how they work?
No. Each branch keeps running its appointments, clinical work, billing and operations in Relify. HQ sees the connected result.
