How it works
One referral. A full clinic group relationship.
The referral is attached once to the new clinic group. Their first branch decides who referred them, and their successful subscription payments decide how much you earn.
Get your code.
An eligible super admin creates one referral code, tied to their Relify account and clinic group.
They use it once.
The referred clinic group enters the code while creating its first real non-HQ branch. The referral then belongs to the whole group.
First payment starts the clock.
Sign-up, trial time and branch setup don't use up the window. It starts at their first successful paid subscription.
Credit follows real payments.
Every successful qualifying payment in those 12 months earns you 10%, up to RM500 for that clinic group.

How much can I earn from a Relify referral?
You earn 10% in Relify credit from every successful base subscription payment the referred clinic group makes during its first 12 months, up to RM500 per referred clinic group. There's no limit on how many clinic groups you can refer.
Is the reward paid in cash?
No. Rewards are stored as Relify credit in your referral wallet and applied to your own base subscription. Credit can't be withdrawn as cash.
Where does the referred clinic enter my code?
In Billing, Add Branch, Admin step, while creating its first real non-HQ branch. The referral then belongs to the whole clinic group, and later branches can't take another code.
When does the 12-month window start?
At the referred clinic group's first successful paid subscription. Account creation, trial time and branch setup don't use up any of the window.
Which payments earn referral credit?
Only successful monthly or yearly base Relify subscription payments. AI token top-ups, branch additions, implementation fees, training, taxes, other add-ons and refunded transactions don't earn credit.
What happens if a payment is refunded?
If a qualifying payment is refunded or charged back, the referral reward created by that payment is reversed.
