Rewards & limits

  • RM 180 wallet credit per qualified referral.
  • Cap: up to 6 successful referrals per active billable branch you own — e.g. 3 branches = cap 18.
  • No self-referrals or referrals within the same clinic group.
  • Credits are not cash — only usable toward Relify charges.

Where credits apply

  • Automatically used on Add Branch checkout.
  • Used on manual Renew (when you click Renew Now in Billing).
  • Auto-renew always charges the regular price — no wallet deduction.
