How to pay

We support multiple payment methods processed securely through Stripe.

Credit / Debit Card

Pay with Visa, Mastercard, or any major card. Securely processed by Stripe. Cards can be saved for auto-renewal.

Wallet Credits

Referral earnings are stored in your Relify wallet and automatically applied at Add Branch or manual Renew checkout.

Start with a free trial. No payment required. Explore all features before committing.

Add Branch (First Payment)

Pay RM 2,500 to activate your first branch. Wallet credits apply automatically here.

Auto-Renewal (Annual)

Your subscription auto-renews yearly at the regular price. Wallet credits are NOT applied to auto-renew.

Manual Renew

Click "Renew Now" in Billing to trigger a manual renewal — wallet credits WILL be applied here.

Auto-Renew

Enabled by default. Charged at full price annually. Go to Billing → Settings to manage your auto-renew preferences and saved payment methods.

When do wallet credits apply?

Wallet credits apply on Add Branch and manual Renew checkouts only. Auto-renew always charges the full rate — credits are never deducted automatically.

Cancellation

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing Settings. Your branch remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Multi-Branch Billing

Each branch is billed independently. Add more branches anytime — each is charged RM 2,500/year and renews on its own cycle.

Common billing questions

Per branch. You can add unlimited staff accounts (all roles) to a branch at no extra cost. RM 2,500/year covers the entire branch regardless of how many users.

Wallet credits don't have a hard expiry, but they are non-cashable and only apply to Relify charges. They accumulate and are used together on supported checkouts (Add Branch & manual Renew).

No. Auto-renewal always charges the full regular price. To use wallet credits, click "Renew Now" manually in Billing before your auto-renewal date triggers.

Your branch will be marked as expired. Patient data and records are preserved. You can reactivate at any time by completing the Add Branch checkout — wallet credits will apply.

Please contact support@relify.com.my for billing disputes. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our Terms of Service. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for early cancellation.
